THE VENETIAN TRAMEZZINO

Arte Bianca takes pride in being the first industrial producer of Tramezzino bread without crust, leaving its organoleptic properties perfectly intact. Towards the end of the 1970’s, industrial production of bread for making the famous Venetian “Tramezzino” (a type of sandwich) was started. The Venetian Tramezzino dates back to the tradition of accompanying the classic “drop” of wine with a “snack” of bread with a filling.
