
The products made by Arte Bianca are all prepared from special dough from high quality raw materials and semifinished components. Natural and carefully selected ingredients are used to make a soft, highly digestible product as the modern consumer demands.
After baking, the production process continues with automatic slicing and packaging. These operations are carried out in cleanrooms, in a sterile environment, with air that has been treated by highly efficient filters. In this manner there is no need for chemical additives to preserve the products and they remain fresh and authentic.
